Digital Products & Instant Delivery

All Fitness 4 You training plans are delivered as digital products. Once your purchase is complete, you receive immediate access to download or view your plan – there’s no physical item to ship or return. Because of this instant delivery, you can start changing your life right away. We believe in our product quality and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Full Refund)

We offer a 7-day full refund policy on all digital training plans. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your plan within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund – no questions asked. This is our way of giving you a risk-free opportunity to try our programs and ensure they meet your needs.

  • Eligibility Window: You must request the refund within 7 days of the purchase. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a guaranteed refund (except where required by law).
  • One-Time Refund Limit: We only allow one refund per customer. Our 7-day money-back guarantee is designed for first-time purchases or new products. If you have previously received a refund from us, future purchases may not be eligible for the same refund policy, in order to prevent abuse.
  • Access Revocation: If a refund is granted, your access to the digital training plan will be revoked. (Upon processing your refund, any licenses, login credentials, or download links associated with the product will be deactivated.)

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. If you’re within the 7-day window and would like a refund, please reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you promptly. You can contact us through any of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order #]”. In the email, please include your name, order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund (optional, but appreciated).
  • Phone: Call our support line at +355 697850864. Please have your order information ready. Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll confirm the eligibility (purchase date within 7 days, etc.) and guide you through the process. We may ask for feedback about the product so we can improve, but this is not required to get your refund. We’re committed to making the refund process as quick and easy as possible for you.

Payment & Security with PayPal

We use PayPal as our trusted payment gateway for all transactions. When you purchase a digital training plan through our website, your payment is securely processed by PayPal.

  • Secure Transactions: PayPal uses advanced encryption technology to keep your financial details safe. Your payment information is never shared with us, ensuring your security and privacy.
  • Payment Methods Accepted: You can pay using your PayPal account, credit card, debit card, or linked bank account through PayPal’s secure checkout.

Refund Processing & Timeframe

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund through PayPal to your original payment method. Please note the following about our refund processing:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed by us within 2–3 business days of approval.
  • Bank Time: After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your PayPal account or linked bank/card. (Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.)
  • Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. If you paid via PayPal, you’ll receive the credit automatically to your PayPal balance or original payment method.

Conditions & Exceptions

Our goal is to be fair and flexible, but we do have a few conditions to prevent misuse of our refund policy:

  • Valid for Digital Training Plans Only: This refund policy applies to our digital training plan products purchased directly from Fitness 4 You. (If we ever offer physical goods or services, those may be subject to different terms.)
  • Abuse of Refund Policy: The 7-day refund guarantee is meant to give customers peace of mind. Abuse of the policy (such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds on multiple products) is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect patterns of misuse or fraud. Our team may consider exceptions in genuine cases, but generally each customer is entitled to the money-back guarantee only once.
  • Outside Platforms: If our training plans are purchased through a third-party marketplace or app store, that platform’s refund policy may apply instead of ours. Please check the terms on the platform you used.
